impressive... explains a thing or two actually
sent a package over there with track n trace.. they gave me a qr code i could use to follow the package.... for 2 weeks the qr code did nothing coz it hadnt been activated yet
then it went live and said package delivered 4 days ago.....

My favourite is the "unable to deliver/no one to sign" notice. Literally watched the truck NOT come down the street, and not come to my door, knock (on my head as the door was open and I was in the opening.

What's worse is there's no accountability. They lost the birth certificate for our second child. You could fill out a completely useless form that did jack squat. And guess who was on the hook for paying for a new birth certificate? Not Canada Post.
